Yes, just use their name and address and your email. We humbly request a donation of at least $20 for shipping, but our goal is to help everyone we can, regardless of their ability to pay.

Because we are nationwide, it is tough to do that. Locally, however, we have a partnership with Boulevard Vet in Chicago, but we are happy to research vets in your area that may be good once we've reviewed your application.

No, we are a 501-c3 charitable foundation (EIN: 47-4770782) who assist pets and their families through cancer diagnoses. However, we have now partnered with Lulu’s Locker Rescue to assist and home animals that are in danger of euthanasia, face major medical issues or are no longer able to be cared for by their owner. No! We have not only assisted with the care of dogs, but cats, rabbits, ferrets and horses as well!

We get 20-30 requests/week, but we try to mail them out within a few days.

Applications go through a 3-4 week grant review process. Grants are awarded monthly.
Medical records are required to proceed with the application process. Invoices and estimates ARE NOT medical records. Medical records are written or electronic notes that include a diagnosis and recommendations for treatment.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we will only respond to applicants who are receiving a grant.

There is no need to reapply. If you did not receive a grant, you will be considered for the following grant cycle.
